“Excellent product and service. We contacted three different flooring companies on the onset of the pandemic in the spring (we had flood damage), and only Eric responded with a "can do" attitude. His store was closed, but he asked us to meet him there to look at our options. He was friendly, accommodating, and detailed. He offered us several options within our price range and gave us the pros and cons of each choice. After narrowing down our selection, he immediately checked availability and sent us several quotes. After confirming our choice, he scheduled our project, and he sent Elite Flooring to do the installation. He stayed in touch with us (and made a couple of visits) while the project was in progress to make sure we were happy with the work being done. Since this was an insurance claim and the pandemic slowed everything down, Eric was very patient with the payment schedule. Suffice it to say, and we highly recommend Eric and PacWest Floors & More.”

“We needed new resistant, durable flooring in our large master bath. Pacwest quoted a very competitive price. Their installer came out on schedule, completed the work in a very professional manner, and it looked beautiful. They did an excellent job and cleaned up everything, and you couldn't even tell they had worked in our home. The floor has been there for over three years and still looks new. I would recommend them to friends and family alike. Thanks for a job well done, PacWest Floors & More.”

“Eric, the owner, was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I appreciated his help narrowing the choices to what product would be best for what I needed, i.e., stand up to heavy traffic in the entryway and be waterproof for the baths and kitchen. Plus, I liked the products he offered. He also promptly provided all the documentation required by my HOA for approval of what I wanted to be done. I kept changing my mind about which direction to lay the flooring, so when it was delivered, Eric helped lay out a box of the flooring in the two options possible so I could get a better idea of how it would look overall adorable.
Dan, the installer, was also professional and did a great job. He explained how the molding going from the flooring area to the carpeted area would need to have a gap at the bottom over the vinyl planks, so it would all be level at the top. He suggested using a quarter round to finish off the bottom in the vinyl plank area. I thought it a good idea, but it looks very nice just the way it is. Maybe I'll do it when I'm looking for another project. I particularly liked the job done cutting the bottom of the door frames to slip the flooring underneath. It looks like it was just meant to be that way.
Since the name of his showroom is ...Floors and More, I asked if he did countertops too. He worked with Andrew Shubin at Pro Granite to order the quartz for the kitchen and find remnants for the baths, which helped keep the cost down. Pro Granite was great too. I was immensely pleased all the way around.
I plan to have him replace the carpet soon and possibly replace the tiles around my fireplace.”
